Insulated Sectional Steel Doors Thermospan® Models 125, 150, 200, 200-20

Insulated Sectional Steel Doors Thermospan® Models 125, 150, 200, 200-20

The Thermospan® Series insulated doors are the only sectional doors in the industry with patented, roll-formed integral struts on each section, making them the most rigid doors available. The Thermospan® Series also has a patented manufacturing process with a polyurethane core that is continuously foamed-in-place between the outer and inner skins. An innovative thermal break keeps the interior skin at room temperature, preventing condensation and frost and helping to resist corrosion. Suitable for medium and heavy duty commercial and industrial applications, the Thermospan® series provides strength and durability coupled with thermal efficiency.

Ideal Applications Include:

Warehousing Facilities  |  Commercial Buildings   |  Industrial Facilities    |   Agricultural Facilities    |     Equipment Buildings   |   Maintenance Buildings

*U-factor is independently tested and verified per ANSI/DASMA 105 using solid doors and specific product sizes.
**Wayne Dalton uses a calculated door section R-value for our insulated doors.
***FBC and TDI approved wind load reinforcement is available for hurricane-prone areas.

Benefits

Low Maintenance / Durable Design

  • Commercial-grade galvanized hardware contributes to long service life and provides superior strength and rigidity
  • Virtually maintenance free due to a baked-on polyester finish
  • Hot-dipped galvanized steel provides corrosion resistance and commercial durability

Thermal Performance

  • Thermal break separates inner and outer skins at top and bottom so virtually no heat or cold is conducted through the section
  • The CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation core with the standard joint seal aids in preventing air infiltration and can help reduce energy costs
  • Flexible vinyl bulb seal and non-corrosive polymer retainer can help prevent water and air infiltration at the bottom of the door

Warranty

  • 10-Years against cracking, splitting, rust deterioration and delamination (Models 200-20, 200 and 150)
  • 8-Years against cracking, splitting, rust deterioration and delamination (Model 125)
  • 1-Year against defects in materials and workmanship
