Glass panels are mounted on top of an aluminum structure for an ultra-modern, frameless look on an easy-to-maintain door. The upscale features of this frameless door. Model 8450 offers mirrored and opaque glass options as well as powder coat and anodized options for the aluminum structure of the garage door.

Insulated glass is not available on Model 8450 Luminous. Each door is unique and built to order, therefore a slight deviation in glass alignment is possible. These doors may become hot to the touch in sustained hot weather.

  • Effective Joint Seals – Snug-fitting tongue-and-groove section joints help prevent wind and weather from entering the garage.
  • Bottom weather seal blocks draft and debris from entering the garage.
  • Reinforcing fins on all top sections, and as needed on intermediate sections, provide years of smooth, trouble-free operation. The fins are the extruded part of the door sections and are not visible through the glass
  • Constructed with anodized or powder coated aluminum structure with equal panel spacing.
  • Meets ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC air infiltration requirements with a third-party tested value of less than 0.4 cfm/ft2
  • Meets California Code of Regulation, Title 24 air infiltration requirements with a third-party tested value of less than 0.3 cfm/ft2
