Modern Glass Garage Door Model 8800

From Adirondack country and the mossy woods of the deep south to the pueblo dotted landscaped of sunbaked Sedona and grand log and stone citadels in the Pacific Northwest, our glass panel garage door adds a sublime addition to homes from coast to coast.

A glass panel garage door enhances the carefully crafted architecture of a custom dream home. It just as easily elevates the aesthetic of an existing home or remodel. A sleek glass panel garage door adds to the rich textural mix, and creates added visual interest when paired with stone, wood, adobe, stucco, metal, concrete and nearly every finishing material.

Our Model 8800 glass panel garage door melds elements of industrial style with a nod to beloved craftsman and steampunk styles. The bold geometric configuration of its anodized or powder coated aluminum frame serves as linear foil for sleek glass. Features

Our aluminum glass door is gorgeous, but it’s also built with exceptional care to ensure it provides years of security and easy-care living. High-end features make the Model 8800:

  • Beautiful
Aluminum rails and stiles are designed with non-beveled edges and straight lines to give the aluminum glass door a true contemporary style.

  • Durable
Constructed with anodized or powder-coated aluminum structure, our aluminum glass door features reinforced fins and heavy-duty track and brackets for years of smooth, trouble-free operation. An upgrade to a 25,000-cycle spring delivers almost twice the life of a standard torsion spring.

  • Weather Resistant
Tongue-and-groove joints provide a great weather barrier. A flexible vinyl bottom seal ensures the aluminum glass door keeps dirt and elements from entering your garage.

  • Thermally Efficient
Optional polyurethane insulation adds a U-factor of .27  for low e insulated glass and .29  for insulated glass (R-value of up to 4.36) to our aluminum glass door.

  • Guaranteed
Model 8800 offers a Five-Year Limited Warranty on the aluminum and One-Year Limited Warranty on the glass.

Door Construction

  1. Effective Joint Seals – Snug-fitting tongue-and-groove section joints help prevent wind and weather from entering the garage.

  2. Reinforcing fins on all top sections, and as needed on intermediate sections, provide years of smooth, trouble-free operation. The fins are the extruded part of the door sections and are not visible through the glass
