Web Software Developer
A Software Developer, Senior works under limited supervision and participates in all phases of product development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing and integration of changes into Wayne Dalton’s environments. Understands business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them. Responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements to existing processes and procedures.
Experience:
Minimum five years experience as a Developer or equivalent applications programming experience in a Web environment.
Strong project management skills.
Detail oriented.
Self-starter with positive initiative.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
Ability to work well with others, as well as independently.
Ability to train and mentor Developers.
Must have scheduling flexibility to be available to handle system support issues.
Experience with Progress and/or WebSpeed a plus
